This value-added support feature enhances customer convenience and ensures travel continuity, subject to availability and operational feasibility. If the customer chooses to cancel despite these options, the cancellation will be processed in accordance with company policy. Please note that we cannot accept liability for the breakdown or any resulting inconvenience. We will arrange an alternate vehicle wherever possible. If the booked vehicle fails to arrive, a full refund of the advance amount will be processed immediately.
